Tropico 1.01 patch

Instructions for downloading updates:

Download the Tropico update file by clicking the link below.
Save the Tropico update file to a Temp dir (usually C:\Temp\).
Locate the Tropico update in the Temp dir and run it (double-click to run the .exe).
Confirm the game directory. (Usually c:/Program Files/Tropico)
The updated files will be copied to the destination folder.
